If you're ready to say goodbye to your Facebook account, just follow these steps:
Login to your Facebook account using your username and password,
Go to the Facebook account deletion page by clicking the link below:

https://www.facebook.com/help/delete_account 

You will see this alert to confirm:

Then confirm your action by filling captcha, and then your username and password.

After succesful deleting your Facebook account, do not try to login again anywhere for the period of 2 weeks and your account including everything in it will be permanently deleted.
